At Strata Associates Pty Ltd the Directors, Executive Management and staff are committed to ensuring the principles of the National Privacy Act are completely adhered to at all times.

We will not disclose any personal information to anyone unless authorised to do so under the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act 1941 or other Government legislation.

All customer information of a personal nature will be secured when not under the control of Strata Management staff.

Personal information will at no time be given out over the telephone, by facsimile, email or any other means of communication without the complete satisfaction that the receiver of said information is entitled to its access.

The content of this policy is available to all clients associated with our business. Welcome letters to lot owners will also include a brief introduction to this policy.
