Authorisation of Email Notification

Following recent changes to NSW legislation, Strata Schemes Management Act, Strata Associates are introducing the option for NSW plans over 100 lots to receive notices and minutes of meetings by email.

To authorise Strata Associates to notify you of information regarding your property via email, click on the link below and fill out your lot and email address details. Please note there will be a short transition phase where notices and minutes will continue to be sent by post.

Other plans are welcome to submit their email addresses for future reference.
