FREE Web Page for your Strata Scheme

All Strata Associates clients are provided with a FREE web page that operates within the Strata Associates web site exclusively for the use of owners in each strata scheme. Each client page is highly personalised with information specific to each client scheme and provide channels for improved communication between stakeholders in the strata management process.

Client page features include:

• Web Notice Board - Providing owners with access to current and past documents that would typically be available on the common property notice board.
• Latest Item Posted Advice - To save users time it is easy to identify if a new has been posted to the notice board.
• Executive Committee Chat Room - A facility designed to enable the members of the committee to exchange views and ideas freely and in complete confidence and to retain records of the chat.
• Poll Feature - Allowing the executive committee to instruct the strata manager to poll owners informally on any issue to assist in decision making processes.
• Direct links - to Building Manager, Strata Manager and Secretary email address.
• Repair / Maintenance - electronic form for lodging requests.
• Levies - Levy Payment, Levy Enquiry and Change of Address notification features.

Client web pages are being rolled out to all client schemes over the coming months, initial reactions to the client page features have been very positive indeed and indicate that Strata Associates has set a completely new, leading edge standard in this area.

On Going Client Page Development

Strata Associates has spent a significant amount of time and money developing the clients service features within its web site thus far and is committed to the continuing development of this area. To this end we will be developing a Client Web User Group in order that feedback regarding on-going development can be accessed. Future content will likely include:

• A wide range of information resources designed to guide users in understanding aspects of strata legislation and its practical application in the strata living environment.
• Access to services to improve strata living via what will become, over time, the schemes personal community web portal.

Common Property Internet Facilities

Owners corporations that wish to provide residents with access to the scheme web page in the lobby or lift vestibule are provided with a Community Web Access system.

A Latest Notice Feature can be incorporated to the Community Access System in order that residents walking past the device can clearly identify that a new item has been posted for inspection.
